How do I create a gym?

Sign in to the Infitnity app, then tap "Create a Gym" on the home screen. You'll automatically become the admin and can start adding classes and members right away.

How do I join a gym?

Use the "Find a Gym" section on the home screen to search for your gym by name or location, then tap "Join". The gym admin will review and approve your request.

I was added as a member by a gym admin. How do I access the gym?

Sign up for an Infitnity account using the same email address the admin used when adding you. Your account will be automatically linked to the gym.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?", enter your email address, and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@infitnity.ai with your request and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

I'm a gym owner. Can I access my data from a computer?

A web dashboard for gym administrators is coming soon. In the meantime, the Infitnity app works on iPad and larger screens.
