Infitnity ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Infitnity mobile application and website at infitnity.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Gym data: Class schedules, enrollment records, and member information entered by gym administrators.
• Usage data: Class notes, reviews, and attendance records you create within the app.
• Device data: Basic device information for app functionality (OS version, device type).

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Infitnity service
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• To enable gym administrators to manage their members and classes
• To improve the app and develop new features

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider
• Gym administrators: Admins of gyms you belong to can see your name, email, and class history within that gym

Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data

Children's Privacy

Infitnity is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
